CBSE Non-Teaching Vacancy 2025: Last Chance to Apply – Deadline Extended to December 27

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the last date to apply for its Non-Teaching posts. Candidates who missed the earlier deadline now have time until 27th December 2025 to submit their applications online at www.cbse.gov.in.

This recruitment drive under the Direct Recruitment Quota Examination 2026 (DRQ2026) will fill 124 vacancies across Group A, B, and C levels in multiple positions, including Assistant Secretary, Accounts Officer, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Accountant, Junior Assistant, and more.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
  • Specific qualifications are required for certain posts: Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, Cost Accounting, MBA, CA/ICWA.
  • Typing speed is mandatory for Accountants and Junior Assistants: 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi.
  • Age limit: Minimum 18 years; maximum 27–35 years (relaxation applicable as per government norms).

Salary & Selection Process

  • Pay levels range from Level 2 to Level 10 depending on the post.
  • Selection will be through a written exam (Tier-1 & Tier-2) and, for some posts, personal interviews.

  • SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: ₹250
  • UR/OBC/EWS:
    • Group A: ₹1750
    • Group B: ₹1050
    • Group C: ₹1050

  3. New users must register by providing valid email and mobile number; existing users can login directly.
  4. Fill in the application form, upload required documents, and submit the application fee.
  5. Take a printout of the final form for future reference.
